What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Prospect through networking and referrals.
- Lead customer presentations and meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close business.
- Partner with engineering and operations.
- Maintain CRM and sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Manufacturing or industrial sales experience.
- Proven new business development success.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience managing full sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driver's license.
