We are a busy, well-established Nassau County law firm looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to our team. Our practice is focused primarily on Family Law and Divorce, and we are seeking someone with at least 7 years of hands-on experience who is comfortable managing cases and working directly with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling a caseload of family law and divorce matters from start to finish
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conducting depositions and managing discovery
- Appearing in court for conferences, hearings, and trials
- Communicating regularly with clients and guiding them through their cases
- Keeping files organized and moving cases forward efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 7 years of experience in Family Law/Divorce
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Confidence in the courtroom and strong litigation skills
- Experience working directly with clients in a private firm setting
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and stay organized
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in other areas of civil litigation is a plus
Compensation:
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
