Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic and operational leadership for our established long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of daily facility operations, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a community focused on high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operational, administrative, and financial performance for the facility.
- Maintain complete compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing department heads and clinical teams.
- Drive census growth, manage facility budgets, and safeguard financial viability.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local healthcare partners.
Qualifications
- License: Must hold a current, active Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven leadership experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, deep regulatory knowledge, and excellent team-building skills.
