JOB Provides excellent customer service for visitors on the phone and in-person; collects fees; takes reservations; and prepares daily deposits. May be assigned to either LLELA or Lake Park. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Monitor a variety of information resources to provide accurate, updated information to visitors.

Follow instructions, safety practices and standard operating procedures in performing assigned tasks.

Operate a cash drawer responsibly and accurately record financial data.

Communicate clearly and concisely with the public and other City personnel in answering questions and relaying information to appropriate parties, both orally and in writing.

Performs all related duties as assigned.
