Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections accurately
- Document all care activities meticulously in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures like catheterization, suturing, laboratory specimen collection, and imaging procedures such as sonography or mammography.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support infection control practices and maintain sterile processing standards to uphold safety in all patient interactions.
Experience
- Prior experience in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities; home & community care experience is a plus.
