Support Associate (SA) for a highly respected social impact company centered on nutrition and preventive health outcomes for people with specialized needs in group home living arrangements. Our subscribers are the human services and healthcare organizations that partner with us for the use of our digital, customized resources by these vital individuals and their associated staff members.
The SA—part of a 16 person Support team—has responsibility for a specified number of organizations and their group homes, reaching out on a proactive basis to be helpful and gain knowledge about the residents, so resources can be adjusted to suit their needs. We have very well-established training, processes and resources to support the SA. The SA should be competent regarding oral/written communication and organizational skills, responsiveness, and technology utilization (we utilize two software platforms, one is our proprietary platform and one is Salesforce). While explicit knowledge regarding nutrition is not mandatory, it is helpful to have a general understanding regarding healthy eating habits and appealing food pairings at mealtime (such as mashed potatoes with chicken makes sense, but mashed potatoes are typically not the best pairing with a hamburger). Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
