Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional baking experience, preferably in a high-volume bakery or production kitchen.
- Current Food Handler's Card required.
- Passion for baking with a strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and refine your craft.
- Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and perform independently when needed.
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts and maintaining production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and kitchen safety practices.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts
- Skilled in cake decorating, baking techniques, and food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Experience with food production, catering, or restaurant environments preferred
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in cooking, baking, and food preparation methods
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or culinary setting is highly desirable
