Ross Company Inc. is a family-owned commercial refrigeration contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our growing service team.
Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (Walk-Ins, Self Contained, Supermarkets, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance and system start-ups
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Qualified Candidate with receive a $2000 sign on bonus upon completion of probation
- Competitive pay with earning potential up to $130,000 annually
- Weekly pay (including paid travel time)
- $250 on-call weekend bonus
