A leading community behavioral health organization serving homeless and underserved populations throughout Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing clinical team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individuals, family, and couples with therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver services across community-based settings, including shelters, transitional housing programs, clinics, schools, and outreach locations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in treatment planning, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience, preferably in community mental health, homeless services, or behavioral health.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing severe mental illness, trauma, substance use disorders, or housing insecurity is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $100K–$120K, based on experience and qualifications.
