We’re looking for a candidate to install Phantom retractable and motorized screens. An enthusiastic, motivated, skilled, reliable individual with a hardworking nature who is diligent in the execution of their work and who wants to join our growing team.

Requirements:
- Driver’s license with clear record and insurance
- Strong organizational and training skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Trade experience with carpentry, window, and door installation
- Physically capable of handling all aspects of project installations
- 5 yrs. construction carpentry experience
You will be trained in how to install the different types of Phantom products we offer.
Qualifications & Attributes:
The ideal candidate is skilled in carpentry, is a multi-tasker who can effectively lead the installation of multiple projects from start to finish along with the following attributes:
- Good carpentry and mechanical skills with good overall knowledge of window and doors
- Knowledge to safely operate various construction tools (drills, hammers, saws, etc.) to perform job functions
- Customer service oriented with strong client communication skills
- Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and think on their feet to assess, address and resolve issues
- Possess a good attitude, a good-natured personality and takes pride in their work
- Coachable and willing to roll up their sleeves to be trained with desire to master our installation techniques
- Hardworking team player with good interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to get things done in a timely manner
- Able to follow schedule for assigned project work orders
- Demonstrates good work attendance and reports to work on time
- Works well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Able to take the lead completing all project installations
A positive “can do” attitude is a must.
Overview of Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Gain product training and knowledge
- Travel to and from scheduled installation projects
- Install and assemble products according to specifications and company guidelines
- Successfully follow and complete daily scheduled installations
- Ensure that installations are completed accurately and efficiently
- Document service installations by completing forms, reports and daily logs records
- Communicates effectively and professionally with office team, Project Managers, field crew and clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns during the installation process
- Performs duties with high level of enthusiasm, a good attitude, timeliness, and quality workmanship
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Consistently maintains job site cleanliness
- Maintains professional appearance (uniform items are worn)
- Assist in other areas as directed
