Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide upper management with detailed reports related to pain points, successes and lead meetings
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development.
- Create reports, analytics
- Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and oversee department managers
- Maintain accurate inventory control through stock management, ordering, and stock replenishment
- Demonstrate communication skills with other team leaders, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting new staff
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Experience
- Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in an E-Commerce business is preferred
- Proven management, including team leadership and employee supervision
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting new staff
