Our Core Values
We don't just hang these on the wall — we live them. Every clinician we hire needs to embody these without being asked.
Move Every Day — We practice what we preach.
Only Good & Great Days — Attitude is a choice. Choose it daily.
White Belt Mindset — Always a student, never done learning.
Lead from the Front — Show up fully, set the standard.
Who You Are
You are a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with a genuine passion for movement, rehabilitation, and human performance. You lead an active lifestyle and understand firsthand the importance of strength, mobility, and movement efficiency in both injury prevention and recovery. You thrive in a coaching environment, are comfortable educating patients and the public, and aren't afraid to step in front of the camera to share your expertise. You walk the walk — and you come in every day ready to learn something new.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Rehabilitation
Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions using a movement-based rehabilitation approach.
Develop customized treatment plans incorporating chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, mobility exercises, and functional movement strategies.
Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and performance optimization — so they understand their body, not just follow instructions.
Manage a daily patient load of up to 7 one-hour sessions, delivering thorough, unhurried, high-quality care.
Community Engagement & Marketing
Participate actively in on-camera content: educational videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube sessions, and live Q&As.
Represent the clinic at community events, CrossFit tables, workshops, and seminars.
Be comfortable marketing yourself and the clinic through social media and community outreach.
Collaboration & Growth
Work alongside Dr. Peter and other team members to provide cohesive, root-cause-focused patient care.
Stay current on the latest research and techniques in rehabilitation, chiropractic, and movement science.
