Opportunity: Server Assistant
Expected Schedule/ Hours: Variable Schedule including some weekends and holidays
Job Summary: As a Server Assistant you will hold an integral part of a restaurant's staff, and will be primarily assisting Hosts and Servers to provide a memorable experience to all of our guests. If you are interested in climbing the career ladder in the hospitality industry, starting out as our Server Assistant may be just the right position for you!
Supplemental pay types:
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining restaurant environment preferred
Essential Job Functions
- Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
- Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
