We are currently looking for Carpenters for a school renovation project in North Adams, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team on an active commercial job site with immediate work available.
- Remove existing windows safely and efficiently

Install temporary weather protection (window wrap)

Set up and maintain temporary fencing

Assist the General Contractor with various construction tasks as needed

Load, unload, and organize materials and tools

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all job site safety procedures
- Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred

Experience on commercial or renovation projects is a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day

Reliable transportation to the job site

Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed

OSHA 10 certification is a plus (but not required)
- Competitive pay: $30–$50/hour, based on experience
