Overview
Aubone Polo mallets is family business with 4 employees. After expanding the business in Argentina we are looking for another employee for the Wellington location.
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow specific techniques and processes used in artisan craftsmanship
- Processing large amounts of raw materials
- Participate in quality checks to ensure products meet established standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding craftsmanship quality
Requirements
- No prior experience in polo needed
- Strong interest in handmade products with a desire to learn new skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work carefully with small components
- Good manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to craft tools and materials
- Prior experience is not required but is a plus; enthusiasm for good work is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
