Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems.
- Install new HVAC equipment following detailed schematics and design specifications while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to maximize efficiency and lifespan.
- Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and identify issues within electrical systems and controls.
- Repair plumbing components related to HVAC systems, including condensate drains and refrigerant lines.
- Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and HVAC/R system layouts to facilitate accurate repairs and installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system issues clearly and recommending appropriate solutions for property maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong background in HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics, building automation systems, and electrical diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting across refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, air conditioning units, and mechanical systems repair.
- Proficiency with hand tools, electrical testing devices (such as ohmmeters), and other diagnostic equipment necessary for effective repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, mechanical systems repair, HVAC/R systems, and property maintenance tasks.
- Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants; additional certifications in electrical or refrigeration are a plus.
- Ability to operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely; familiarity with property maintenance standards is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
