A leading national Occupational Health organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician to serve as the Clinic Lead at its established Sparks, NV location.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys both patient care and leadership. You'll spend the majority of your time treating patients while also helping guide clinic operations and supporting a collaborative clinical team.
Position Highlights
- Up to $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Potential
- Up to $310K/year+ Bonus Incentives
- Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- 30+ days off per year
- 90% Clinical Care / 10% Administrative Leadership

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses
- Perform work-related physical examinations
- Develop treatment plans and facilitate return-to-work recommendations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Provide clinical leadership and support for staff and providers
- Foster a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 2 years of Residency in one of the following: Family, Internal, Emergency, or Occupational Medicine.
- DOT Medical Examiner Certification or willingness to obtain
