Job Title: HVAC Superintendent (Minimum 5 Years of Experience)
Now Hiring: Experienced HVAC Superintendent
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects and leading field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC installation activities on commercial job sites.
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor quality control and address field issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
- Proven ability to supervise multiple crews and manage project schedules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
