We are currently hiring Medical Billing Specialists and Patient Account Representatives with at least one year of experience in medical claims. Daily Responsibilities:
Worker's Comp insurance billing experience required. Our billing specialists are responsible for managing commercial, governmental, and third-party claims. Your daily tasks may include:
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims; research, correct, and resubmit when necessary
- Updating the practice management system with detailed follow-up notes
- Communicate with insurance carriers and physician offices to resolve billing issues
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth revenue cycle processes
Specialized Opportunities: Gastro and Orthopedic Billing Jobs in Massachusetts

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Worker's Comp insurance billing experience required.
- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing preferred (training available for entry-level)
- Strong understanding of EOBs, insurance guidelines, and claim processes
- Proficiency with billing software and EHR systems (Allscripts, Epic, etc. a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in billing/coding is a plus
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
