Job Summary
A renowned behavioral healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the oversight of adolescent residential programs. This role requires extensive knowledge of Community Care Licensing and/or Department of Healthcare Services licensing.
The Operations Manager will oversee residential program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage both staff and facility functions to maintain the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with California licensing regulations.
- Prepare and maintain licensing and accreditation readiness.
- Oversee and support residential technicians and frontline staff.
- Implement policies, procedures, and training to maintain program quality.
- Manage facility operations
- Collaborate with leadership to identify operational needs and solutions.
Qualifications
- Required
- Minimum 5 years of operations management in residential behavioral healthcare.
- Prior hands-on experience with California Licensing Regulations
- Strong leadership background in managing residential staff.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards (Joint Commission, CARF, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $68,000 – $78,000, depending on experience.
