THE JOB:
- You will run a dedicated regional account out of Ridgefield, WA
- 100% dry van, 2 to 4 loads per week, 3 to 4 stops per load.
- You will hand unload the trailer using rollers.
- Drivers on this account average 70 hours per week with overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
- Same account. Same lanes. Same schedule. Every week.
OPERATING AREA:
- Lane runs regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana — beginning in Ridgefield, WA.
COMPENSATION:
- Pay rate: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour based on verifiable experience
- Average 70 hours per week Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours Safe & On-Time bonus
Average weekly earnings:
- Regular pay (40h) — $1,160 to $1,240
- Overtime pay (30h) — $1,305 to $1,395
- Total: $2,465 to $2,635 per week
- Annualized: $128,000 to $137,000+

HOME TIME:
- 34-hour weekly home reset
- Take-home truck — must have authorized parking if living 50+ miles from Ridgefield, WA
- Days off vary

SCHEDULE:
- 2–4 loads per week 3–4 stops per load
- Day and night shifts — no set shift
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A Minimum 3 months experience — local, regional, or OTR
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No more than 2 moving violations — no serious violations
- No major DOT preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests
- DOT medical card valid minimum 75 days at orientation
- Must live within 75 miles of Ridgefield, WA
