Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Use GPS navigation systems and fleet GPS tracking tools to follow optimized delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members via mobile devices to coordinate deliveries and address any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups, addressing their needs courteously.
