The Senior Manager leads a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and deploying store change initiatives across the retail portfolio, serving as the functional leader of the transition process and ensuring business-driven merchandise and operational changes are successfully executed in stores. Working at the center of major store change initiatives, this role partners closely with Category, Space Planning, Store Design, Architecture, Retail Operations, Vendors, and other key stakeholders to translate business strategies into executable store plans, facilitating cross-functional alignment, dependency management, and effective implementation while balancing customer experience, operational impact, and speed to market. In addition to leading the transition process, the Senior Manager provides oversight for portions of the reset portfolio, establishing priorities, removing barriers, driving consistent execution, and continuously improving the processes, tools, and operating models that support successful project delivery. Success in this role requires setting a clear vision that aligns teams and stakeholders around shared business objectives, developing a high-performing team, ensuring accountability across cross-functional partners, proactively managing risks and dependencies, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making, fostering strong partnerships, and continuously enhancing scalable processes that deliver meaningful business and customer outcomes across both transitions and resets.
