Salary Range: $58,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do
You will play an essential role in supporting project planning, documentation, and communication. This includes:

Preparing and submitting project documents including RFQs, RFPs, scopes of work, and contract materials.

Maintaining accurate project tracking systems, databases, and filing structures.

Coordinating schedules, meetings, milestones, and communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Assisting with financial tracking such as budget monitoring, billing schedules, and timesheet collection.

Ensuring compliance with company standards for documentation and record keeping.

Preparing reports, presentations, and client‑ready materials.

Responding to routine project inquiries and escalating more complex issues when needed.

Supporting project teams in meeting deadlines, deliverables, and continuous improvement goals.

Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.
What You Bring
A candidate who shines in this role brings:

Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles—ideally in engineering, construction, or technical environments.

Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vision or CRM tools a plus.

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; confident working with clients and team members.

Organization: Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
