About the Role
Eaton Sales & Service is looking for a driven, people-first sales professional to grow our market presence across the region. In this role, you'll be out in the field building relationships with business owners, contractors, and key decision-makers — then backing those relationships up with accurate project estimates on construction and service work tied to petroleum equipment and fuel systems.
This isn't a desk job. If you love being in front of customers, solving real problems, and owning your results, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do

Own your territory — prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across your market area

Estimate construction and service projects — work directly with customers to scope fuel system and petroleum equipment jobs and deliver competitive quotes

Be the face of Eaton — represent our pricing, products, and strategy with confidence at every level of a customer organization

Drive new business — identify opportunities, generate referrals, and convert prospects into long-term accounts

Keep customers close — maintain consistent follow-up and high satisfaction across your entire book of business

Collaborate internally — partner with our service and construction teams to make sure what you sell gets delivered right

Experience & Qualifications:

1+ year of outside sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Background in petroleum equipment, fuel systems, construction, or industrial services is a strong plus — but not required if you're a fast learner

Comfortable working in a field-based, in-person role with regular travel in the region

High school diploma or equivalent required
