Working alongside a skilled maintenance and operations team, you'll help ensure our plant runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Hourly wage of $25.85/hr to $30.62/hr (based on skills, experience and education)
- Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for 90 days then 10:00am-6:30pm for permanent shift.

As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment failures to minimize operational downtime
-
Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality
-
Inspect and test production equipment to identify wear, defects, or potential failures
-
Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and reassemble equipment as required
-
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, spare parts inventories, and repair documentation
-
Assist in training production personnel on proper equipment operation and basic preventive maintenance practices
-
Support compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements
-
Utilize welding, fabrication, machining, and other maintenance skills to repair or create components when needed
-
Experience in a manufacturing or large industrial maintenance environment required
-
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
-
Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic diagnostics preferred)

Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
