We are seeking Spanish speaking educators to join our team. Duties
- Implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and early intervention techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
