Job Overview
As a Cinnabon Staff member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while preparing and serving our delicious cinnamon rolls and other menu items. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to Cinnabon recipes and standards
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and front-of-house areas
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation practices at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing change to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Buss tables and maintain a tidy café environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant settings is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Weekends are required (Fri-Sun)
