Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental practice in Sachse, TX serving families across Sachse, Wylie, Murphy, and Garland. We are a startup practice with real momentum — modern equipment, a mission-driven culture, and a doctor who believes the front desk is the heartbeat of the practice.
We don't want someone to just answer phones. We want the person families remember.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
─────────────────────────────────
- Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Greet, check in, and check out patients and families with warmth
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to families
- Manage scheduling to maximize chair utilization and minimize gaps
- Collect and post payments; submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Educate families on our in-house Smile Club membership plan
- Follow up with patients after appointments to ensure satisfaction
- Help grow Google reviews and represent the practice at community events

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:
- 1+ year of dental front desk or medical receptionist experience
- Experience with dental insurance verification and claims
- Dental practice management software experience (Open dental)
- Reliable transportation — Saturday hours are non-negotiable
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
