We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead regional growth initiatives for a growing hospice organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving referrals, increasing patient census, developing strategic partnerships, and coaching a high-performing business development team.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute regional business development and marketing strategies to drive referrals, admissions, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach Business Development team members to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze market trends and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Represent the organization at networking events, community outreach programs, and professional meetings.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales reporting.
