Job Summary

Duties
- Producing Sandwiches + Salads in accordance with FDA regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products while ensuring compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to meet strict food safety requirements.
- Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any deviations or defects promptly.
- Support inventory management by accurately measuring ingredients using basic math skills and preparing supplies for production shifts.
- Packing packaged food for Delivery
Experience
- Prior experience working in a food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP standards, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures specific to food processing environments ensures adherence to food safety standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
