- 2+ years of general construction experience
- Floor Sanding Experience (Certificate Preferred)
- Understanding of Tools & Mechanical Equipment
- Mechanically Inclined

Your Compensation & Career Opportunity
· This position starts as a Team Contributor / Floor Expert with the opportunity to move to supervisory or team lead positions
· Compensation is based on experience; $19 – 23/hour
· We offer a base salary aligned to experience and expertise with tools & equipment used during performance of the role
o $19/hr Edger Sander Equipment Proficiency (Starting Position)
o $21/hr Belt Sander Equipment Proficiency
o $23/hr Buffer Equipment Proficiency
o $25/hr Team Lead / Supervisory Role
