Position Details
Location: Centerville, IN
Pay: Starting at $45+ per hour
Job Types: PRN / Per Diem / Full‑Time

Scheduling: PRN flexibility; weekend‑option shifts with premium pay
About the Role
The Respiratory Therapist will support a specialized ventilator‑weaning unit, providing high‑quality respiratory care to adult patients. This environment requires strong ventilator management skills, clinical confidence, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Manage ventilator units and support weaning protocols
- Provide high‑quality respiratory care in a specialized setting
- Perform ABGs, airway management, and PCC documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and respiratory leadership
- Support both routine and complex respiratory needs
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program
- NBRC credential (CRT or RRT)
- Active Indiana RCP license
- BLS (AHA required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent RT experience preferred
- Skills in adult ventilator management, weaning protocols, ABGs, airway management, and EMR‑PCC
