Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our production team in Grand Rapids, MI. This position is responsible for operating front-end wheel loaders and other production equipment in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Must have experience operating heavy equipment including front end wheel loaders
- Must have Class A or Class B CDL
Responsibilities
- Safely inspect, operate, and maintain front-end wheel loaders and other production equipment
- Operate screening machines used in compost, mulch, and topsoil production
- Load tractor trailers and other hauling equipment with finished materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience
- Class A or B CDL required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and equipment care
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
