What You’ll Do as a Verizon Representative
As a Verizon Representative, your day revolves around creating meaningful customer interactions and driving sales outcomes across Elk Grove:
- Engage with residents in local neighborhoods and community spaces to introduce Verizon home and internet solutions while generating qualified sales conversations
- Build trust with potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending Verizon services that make their daily lives easier
- Present Verizon products in simple, clear terms that help customers feel confident and informed
- Log customer interactions, service inquiries, and completed sales to maintain accurate records and support future follow-up
- Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on product updates, promotions, and evolving sales techniques
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Representatives to share insights, improve outreach quality, and exceed team sales goals
- Participate in local promotional events that strengthen community awareness of the Verizon brand
- Work consistently to exceed monthly sales targets as a high-performing Verizon Representative
Who Thrives as a Verizon Representative
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
- Goal-driven and excited by a sales environment
- Comfortable working independently and managing time on the field
- Basic smartphone and computer literacy
- Open to local travel within Elk Grove and surrounding communities
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required

Our Verizon team provides full-service solutions from customer education and service enrollment to ongoing community outreach. Every Verizon Representative plays a key role in establishing trust, building relationships, and driving meaningful sales results.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
