The Counseling Center of Wayne & Holmes Counties is seeking a licensed mental health professional interested in CRISIS SERVICES to join our outstanding, dedicated team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide face-to-face and/or telephonic crisis assessments and interventions
- Help individuals navigate behavioral health emergencies with empathy and skill
- Collaborate with a compassionate team of fellow clinicians and support staff
- Deliver crisis intervention services in person or virtually as needed
- Complete pre-hospital screening services to individuals in Wayne and Holmes Counties and arrange for follow-up care
- Link person served to needed services
- Serve as consultant to community organizations
- Complete appropriate daily documentation
Who You Are:
- Independently licensed clinician preferred (LPCC or LISW)
- Master’s level clinician (LPC, LSW, MFT, or similar)
- Skilled in de-escalation, triage, and quick clinical thinking
- Calm under pressure, empathetic by nature, and a strong communicator
- Experienced in behavioral health, mobile crisis, or similar settings

Salary Range:
- $46,000 - $58,000 Bachelor's
- $55,000 - $68,000 Master's
Full-Time (40+ hours/week) Benefits:
