Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Sales Representative based in Lansing, MI. and servicing the surrounding areas
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, generating quotes, handling warranty situations, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
Product Knowledge, especially in the automotive parts industry
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using MS Office and other sales tools
Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in sales or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
