Optometrist – Boutique Private Practice (Partnership Track)
Southern Delaware | Full-Time | No Evenings or Weekends
About the Practice
We are a growing, high-end boutique optometry practice in Southern Delaware dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized eye care. We intentionally do not participate in vision care plans, allowing us to focus on quality, patient relationships, and clinical excellence rather than volume.
As a privately owned practice, we value autonomy, collaboration, and long-term relationships with both patients and providers. We are seeking a motivated, personable Optometrist who is excited by the opportunity to grow into partnership and eventual ownership.
Our practice is in beautiful Southern Delaware, just a short drive from the Delaware beaches, including Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and Bethany Beach.
