We are seeking an energetic and motivated Golf Cart Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers both in person and over the phone to showcase our premium golf carts. Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote our golf cart inventory
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to prospective buyers in a clear, compelling manner
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and following up on potential opportunities
- Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Upsell accessories, warranties, and additional services to maximize sales value
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and update inventory management systems regularly
- Support dealership marketing efforts through outreach campaigns and promotional events
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive buying experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or automotive products
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing a sales pipeline effectively
- Knowledge of automobile sales processes, inventory management, and dealership operations is highly desirable
- Ability to cold call prospects and conduct outbound sales activities confidently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and public speaking skills to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Strong math skills for retail math calculations and inventory management tasks
- High energy level with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals
