Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned .Net Full Stack Lead with 15+ years of experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core as the primary skill, along with working experience of Python. This role involves leading across 4–5 agile teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (mandatory), Python, and SQL.
- Frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Proven ability to lead multi-team projects and mentor developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using .NET Core as the primary technology.
- Apply Python for secondary development tasks, automation, and integrations.
- Architect and optimize REST APIs and microservices for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Design and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and Azure Data Lake (ADLS) integrations.
- Develop and tune SQL queries for SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers across multiple teams.
