We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will leverage your sales skills and customer service expertise to build relationships, analyze client requirements, and effectively communicate policy options. The ideal candidate will be proactive in pursuing new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional service to existing clients.
Agent must have an active Health Insurance License in their resident state. We are seeking Brokers with Multi-Carrier sales experience and motivated by policy sales. We are seeking candidates who can start 5/4. These are full time, permanent, year-round roles.
These roles are open as our customer believes in growing during SEP and rolling into a strong AEP.
Position Overview (Licensed Health Insurance Agent)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Licensed Medicare Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan sales across multiple carriers. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is committed to helping clients make informed healthcare decisions.
Key Responsibilities (Licensed Health Insurance Agent)
- Educate clients on Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.
- Present and sell products from a wide range of carriers, ensuring clients receive unbiased and comprehensive guidance.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to match clients with the most suitable coverage options.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, appointment setting, consultations, enrollments, and follow-up.
- Maintain active communication with leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Stay up to date on CMS regulations, carrier guidelines, and product updates.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications (Licensed Health Insurance Agent)
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required).
- Minimum of 1–3 years selling Medicare products across multiple carriers.
- Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines, compliance standards, and enrollment processes.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital enrollment tools.
