Sales Support Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support our sales efforts by ensuring product visibility, maintaining inventory levels, and driving in-store promotions across a designated territory. Your work will enhance our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to our team’s sales goals. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with rare Saturday shifts around holiday seasons.
Role Highlights:

Flexible Start Times: Most Sales Support Specialists start between 5:00 – 6:00 AM, allowing for a flexible end time, often by 3:00 PM, depending on your efficiency and organization.

Holiday Seasons: Work schedules may extend to about 50 hours per week during peak holiday seasons as we drive up inventory for increased demand. Lighter schedules typically follow these periods.
Primary Responsibilities:

Maximize Product Presence: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and attractive, securing endcap displays and high-visibility placements to increase impulse purchases.

Inventory Management: Regularly monitor and manage inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations, rotate products for quality, and ensure freshness.

Sales & Promotion: Sell in promotions, displays, and signage while creating exciting in-store product experiences that engage customers and increase sales.

Account Support: Maintain a scheduled route, efficiently supporting each store’s needs and moving on to the next location to maximize daily productivity.

Marketing Materials: Order and maintain marketing materials, signage, and other promotional resources needed to drive visibility and support sales.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff, working collaboratively to meet mutual goals.
