- responsible for leading all work related to architecture design, development, and deployment of the overall systems.
- Will be defining system solutions for clients and user needs, cost, and requirements for integration with their existing applications, systems and or platforms.
- design, configure, operate, and perform maintenance on networking and computer systems to include, but not limited to, hardware, software, web portals, inter/intranet connections, firewalls, servers, and security.
- will need to be able to analyze the systems needs and develop effective user interfaces, networks, and HW/SW systems along with being able to customize systems to meet specific requirements. They will also oversee and implement backup solutions for all systems.
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related technical discipline.
- Fifteen (15) years of total relevant work experience, including a minimum of seven (7) years of systems engineering experience in an Intelligence Community setting.
- In lieu of a degree candidate must have 8 additional years of experience on top of the required 7 years with a degree.
- Knowledge of ICD 503 requirements and their application to secure information systems.
- Five (5) or more years’ experience designing service based enterprise systems.
- Experience of at least three (3) years demonstrating leadership skills as a program or portfolio level architect.
- Knowledge of semantic web, search, and tagging technologies and strategies.
- Five (5) or more years’ experience in redesigning legacy systems into end state optimized architectures.
- Five (5) or more years’ experience with systems that employ multiple search engine platforms such as Voyager GIS, HP IDOL, SOLR Lucene, etc.
