As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping the marketing team analyze each piece of the conversion funnel in order to optimize all pieces of the process to contribute to growth and campaign performance. This position requires experience working with marketing analytics reporting including implementation, mining and interpreting data to help improve marketing outcomes and prove marketing campaign ROI. In addition, you will have experience with on|line and off|line marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing key metrics, providing insights about performance data, and highlighting how reporting data aligns with defined business goals and metrics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and deliver accurate and timely ad hoc and routine reports to measure campaign efficiency and effectiveness and measure ROI of marketing activities.
Identify redundancies and efficiencies to minimize manual processes by developing automated solutions such as self-service dashboards.
Conduct cross channel, cross media marketing analysis and provide action-oriented recommendations to Marketing management.
Conduct population and member analysis to start to develop different member and prospect profiles based on available data to allow for better targeting of marketing campaigns.
Monitor daily metrics to identify issues or red-flags early, and then work with appropriate groups to remedy the situation.
Partner with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns tracking are properly set-up for all on-line and off-line channels.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to help enhance the consumer funnel.
Manage big data pulls of varying size and complexity, to support marketing direct mail and email campaigns.
Predictive modeling techniques and programming languages are a plus -Experience with heat mapping software is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience as Marketing analyst
Good working knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with:
REST APIs
Understanding of SEO
Queries, dimensions, and cross schema reporting
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration, but also able to work independently.
A critical thinker with aptitude to isolate and fix technical issues related to the flow of data.
Passionate about the accuracy of data and its value to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Health Insurance plus.
Knowledge of front-end languages (Python, NodeJS, PHP, etc.)
CRM software and email marketing tracking
Project and workflow management tools such as Jira
Experience working in an Agile environment within Marketing department

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $68,900 - $99,620
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $61,300 - $91,120
