We're a busy, growing HVAC company based in Waterford, MI, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Tech Lead to run point on our service department. You'll be the go-to technical expert for our service techs, handle the toughest diagnostics yourself, and make sure every customer gets a five-star experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support our team of HVAC service technicians in the field
- Take on advanced diagnostics and escalated calls: furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, and refrigeration
- Perform quality checks on completed work and keep callbacks to a minimum
- Train techs on technical skills, safety, and customer communication
- Partner with dispatch and management to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Stay hands-on: this is a working lead role, not a desk job
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years minimum of residential/light commercial HVAC service experience
- Prior lead, senior tech, or supervisory experience preferred
- EPA 608 Universal certification required
- Michigan Mechanical Journeyman license a strong plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A coach's mindset: you make the techs around you better

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call.
