We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at J Rivelle, a brand-new, luxury lease‑up community in Arlington, VA
J Rivelle is a 442 unit, 27-story mixed-use luxury high-rise located at the foot of the iconic Key Bridge, connecting Northern Virginia and the fashionable Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC. Residences feature top-of-market finishes including floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies boasting unimpeded views. A glass skybridge connects the two residential towers which features a clubroom with full kitchen, private dining room, fireplace, gaming area—and sweeping views. The rooftop offers a resort-style pool, entertainment deck, and a 270-degree observation.
The primary function of the Leasing Professional is to lease apartments and create a vital first impression for JAG Management Company. Weekend hours are required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments.
- Completes all leasing paperwork.
- Compiles and processes applications for approval.
- Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to new resident.
- Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
- Assists with resident relations.
- Keys in all fees, deposits, and new lease information.
- Shows apartments to prospective leases.
- Walks models and shows units daily.
- Assists with marketing.
- Post ads on Craigslist and various other websites.
- Accepts and completes Notice to Vacate forms.
- Accepts rental payments.
- Performs additional duties as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional vocational training or four-year college degree preferred.
- Customer service and sales experience preferred.
