Job Summary
Solace Roofing is seeking a driven and confident Lead Attainment Coordinator to fuel our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, professional lead intake, and appointment generation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on phone conversations, enjoys working toward measurable performance goals, and takes pride in turning cold leads into qualified opportunities. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers while directly supporting the Sales Manager and Roof Advisors.
This is a performance-based role with structured bonus opportunities for those who are motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calling using company-provided data lists
- Professionally handle inbound calls and complete full lead intake
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Roof Advisors
- Follow up consistently with leads to maintain pipeline activity
- Accurately log all conversations and activity within the CRM
- Maintain organized and accurate customer records
- Prepare pre-appointment documentation and reports
- Support the Sales Manager in tracking lead performance metrics
- Maintain professional front desk presence during business hours

Compensation & Performance Incentives
$14.00 per hour (W-2)
In addition to hourly pay, this role includes structured performance incentives:
- Earn up to $100 per successful self-generated lead
- Monthly performance bonuses based on lead conversation rate
- High performers can significantly increase earnings through consistent outbound effort
This is a metrics-driven role with measurable goals and clear bonus opportunities.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
