We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews, manage projects, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Position Summary
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily job site activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all electrical work complies with applicable codes and company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and extensive hands-on electrical experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial, residential, and/or industrial projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
- Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and electricians.
- Monitor material usage and submit material requests as needed.
- Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and local electrical codes.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred (if applicable).
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including leadership or foreman experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and NEC code requirements.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay
- $40– $50 per hour (based on experience)
