Technician Job Requirements:
- Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, and electrical concerns
- Perform quality repairs on work assigned. Fix the vehicle right the first time! Complete a quality check after each repair
- Perform inspection of customer vehicles and give all recommended repairs to the service advisor
- Record cause/correction, specifications, and any required information needed to document repairs performed on each repair order
- Ensure current knowledge of the latest technical data and service procedures
- Attend required service training sessions or meetings and share expertise with others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work effectively with service advisors, parts personnel, other technicians, and management
- Valid driver's license + State Inspection License
Automotive Technician Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive experience preferred
- Provide an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Able to learn new automotive technology; automotive repair & service procedures & specifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Missouri State Inspection License
- ASE certifications a plus but not required
