Join our dynamic team as a Closing Agent and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate real estate transactions. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for managing the final stages of property closings, preparing loan/title documents, reviewing legal descriptions, and coordinating with clients. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will help facilitate seamless closings that meet legal standards and client expectations. Duties
- Prepare and review closing documents and closing packages
- Review files prior to closing to ensure all requirements have been satisfied
- Conduct real estate closings with buyers, sellers, and borrowers
- Work with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties to coordinate closings
- Review Closing Disclosures and settlement statements for accuracy
- Verify payoffs, taxes, commissions, fees, and other closing figures
- Obtain required signatures and notarize documents
- Ensure documents are properly executed and ready for recording
- Maintain accurate and complete files in Qualia
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the closing process
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous title, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate closing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at the same time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Experience with title production software is a plus
- Tennessee Notary Commission preferred or ability to obtain one

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
